Tap “Jar” and use the picker for your desired unit (liters / fl oz / dl / ml / etc.)
Use the slider for your desired volume. You van use the + and – buttons for finetuning.
Tap the jar icon 
Fill your container up until the red arrow. and you are done.
Using your kitchen scale:
Tap “Scale” and use the picker for your desired product
Tap Oz for ounces or gram for grams
Use the slider for your desired weight. You van use the + and – buttons for finetuning.
